PRECIPITATION ARE FORECAST FOR ALL OF THE SHOW-ME STATE WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF THE BOOTHEEL WHERE BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION IS
ANTICIPATED.
NORMAL PRECIPITATION OVER MISSOURI DURING NOVEMBER RANGES FROM
