NORMAL PRECIPITATION OVER MISSOURI DURING AUGUST RANGES FROM
4.00-4.50 INCHES IN THE NORTHERN THIRD OF THE STATE TO BETWEEN
3.50-4.00 IN CENTRAL MISSOURI AND 3.00-3.50 IN THE SOUTHERN THIRD OF
STATE.
