Reservation will be confirmed when the registration, along with payment, is received in our office. To have your business listed in the proceedings booklet, and to ensure booth reservation (limit 40 spaces), please return this registration form by January 15, 2009.
  • Display space consists of a 3’ x 6’ table and 2 chairs
  • Set-up may begin on February 24 at 7:00 am
  • Conference is scheduled to adjourn by 3:30 pm, booths may be removed after that
