Exit 105 off Interstate 55 - 3 miles north on Highway 61
- Approximately 216 Bred Heifers available - 98% Black or BWF - Some Purebred Angus and Charolais and Angus, Simmental, Charolais, Shorthorn and Hereford crosses, sorted into uniform lots of breed, color, size, and calving date.
- All heifers calfhood vaccinated.
- All heifers will be blood tested. Heifers will have health papers to go to any state.
- Heifers have met minimum standards for reproductive soundness, pelvic size, body condition and weight and are free of blemishes.
- Bred heifers have been bred to bulls meeting strict calving ease/birth weight requirements.
- Bred heifers are due to calve from January 31 to April 25. Almost all have been synchronized A.I. bred and will calve in a short time period. 60% are pregnancy checked - A.I. Bred.
- All Heifers are home-raised, have known birthdates and sires and have passed age requirements. 85% of the heifers are high percentage or purebred Angus.
