**2003 Sale Summary**

Fruitland Livestock Auction, Fruitland, MO.
Exit 105 off Interstate 55 - 3 miles north on Highway 61

  • Approximately 227 Bred Heifers available - 95% Black or BWF - Some Purebred Angus and Angus, Simmental, Angus X and Angus X Herefords, Charolais crosses sorted into uniform lots of breed, color, size and calving date.
  • All heifers calfhood vaccinated.
  • All heifers will be blood tested. Heifers will have health papers to go to any state.
  • Heifers have met minimum standards for reproductive soundness, pelvic size, body condition and weight and are free of blemishes.
  • Bred heifers have been bred to bulls meeting strict calving ease/birth weight requirements.
  • Bred heifers are due to calve from September 1 to November 25. All have been synchronized A.I. bred and will calve in a short time period. 59% are pregnancy checked - A.I. Bred.
  • All Heifers are home-raised, have known birthdates and sires and have passed age requirements. 85% of the heifers are high percentage or purebred Angus.
  • Angus A.I. Service Sires include: SAF Fame, Rito 6I6 of 4B20 6807, Butch's Maximum 3130, Bonview New Design 878, Perry Power Design 715, SAF Connection SAF Focus T30, Brooks Ext 792, Bar Ext Traveler 205, War Hall of Fame, AAR Really Windy & GAR Precision 1680.
