The EPA has extended the sign-up period for the Air Emissions Consent Agreement once again. The new deadline is Friday, August 12, 2005. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced that the agency will extend the air emissions consent agreement sign-up period to Friday, August 12, 2005. The landmark agreement was reached between the livestock sector and the EPA and establishes a nationwide air monitoring study that will result in the definition of air emissions standards for livestock operations.
