Missouri Dairy Business Update

US milk production was up 1.8% in January based upon 0.4% more cows producing 1.4% more milk per cow than a year ago.

In Missouri, milk production was down 1.8% from year ago levels on 6,000 fewer cows producing 2.5% more milk per cow.
