Perspective on the New Government Payments

To get some perspective on how often the new market loss payment program will offer payments to dairymen, Bill Brooks, Dairy Economist with e-dairy explains that the $16.94 Class I Boston price is equivalent to a $13.69 Class I price mover, (higher of Class III or Class IV).
