   Compared to last week, steers and heifers steady.  Slaughter cows and bulls
steady.  Demand and supply moderate.  Near 33 percent of the offering was re-
placement cows, slaughter cows and bulls.  The feeder supply included 61 percent
steers, 33 percent heifers, 06 percent bulls, with 29 percent over 600 lbs.

Lamb prices were steady to higher while goat markets were lower.

The demand for bred cows and cow-calf pairs was good. Thursday night’s
offering had many high quality replacement cows.


   Bred Cows:  Medium and Large 1 2 yrs to 6 yrs 1050-1450 lbs 2nd to 3rd  
stage 2550.00-29000.00 per head. Medium And Large 1-2 2 yrs to short and solid
1075-1650 lbs 2nd to 3rd stage 1950.00-2500.00 per head. Medium 1 2 yrs to
broken mouth 1st to 3rd stage 975-1250 lbs 1700.00-2250.00 per head.
 
   Cow/Calf Pairs:  Medium and Large 1 2 to 6 yrs 1000-1475 lbs with baby to
