   Compared to last week, steers under 650 lbs and heifer calves under 600 lbs
steady to 5.00 higher, heavier weights steady.  Slaughter cows and bull steady
to 1.00 higher.  Demand good, supply moderate.  Near 17 percent of receipts were
replacement cows, slaughter cows and bulls.  The feeder supply included 51
percent steers, 33 percent heifers, 17 percent bulls, with 22 percent over
600 lbs.

to 10.00 higher on a good test.  Supply moderate.  Demand good to very good.
Cows and bulls were 12 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and
bulls were 65 percent of the run; heifers 35 percent.  Near 50 percent of
feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  Slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 higher.

New Cambria – New Cambria Livestock Auction 
Cattle Auction Report for 11/20/14

   Compared to last week’s much lighter run, feeder steers under 600 lbs steady 
to 6.00 higher, steers over 600 lbs weak to 5.00 lower. Heifers steady on very 
few comparisons. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher. A large crowd and lots of 
good cattle on hand for this week’s Special Pre-Condition Program Sale featuring 
steers and heifers that have been through one of several widely recognized 
vaccination and sourcing programs. Lots of the cattle on offer were carrying 
plenty of flesh, proof of a summer and fall spent in near ideal conditions. 
Supply moderate to heavy and demand good. Cows and bulls accounted for 05 
percent of the total offering. The feeder supply consisted of 64 percent steers 
and 36 percent heifers; 42 percent of all the feeder cattle weighed over 600.
