Receipts: 727 Last Special: 442 Last Year: 1048
Demand was good . Supply was moderate. There were 15% springer heifers,
10% bred heifers, 45% open heifers, 03% fresh and milking cows, 01% bred
and springer cows and 16% calves. Holsteins unless noted otherwise and all
prices are per head.

Compared to last week, feeders under 600 lbs sold firm to 4.00 higher
on very good demand; six weight steers steady to 5.00 lower; heavier weight
steers and heifers sold firm to 4.00 higher on a good test. Slaughter cows
sold near 3.00 higher on a lighter test of slaughter cows. Cows and bulls
were 7 percent of receipts. In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were
68 percent of the run; heifers 32 percent. Near 68 percent of feeders
weighed over 600 lbs.

450 lbs 191.00-204.00; 500-600 lbs 179.00-191.00; 600-700 lbs 163.00-174.00;
