TOUR OF SOUTHEAST ENGLAND AND CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

HORTICULTURE STUDY TOUR OF ENGLAND
MAY 14 - 24, 2003

Join us as we explore the Gardens of England and tour the Chelsea Flower Show. We will visit some of the most famous gardens of England including Sissinghurst, Leonardslee Gardens, Wisley (a Royal Horticulture Society garden), and the gardens of Adrian and Alan Bloom of Bressingham. We will also visit Yalding Organic Gardens to take a tour of gardening through the ages, and tour Notcutts which is a nursery using 21st century robotic technology in propagation. As we conclude the trip, we will visit the world renowned Chelsea Flower Show. There will be many more gardens to tour along the way including Christopher Lloyd's Garden at Great Dixter and Wakehurst Place, as well as a visit to Hever Castle.

$ 2,995.00 per person includes:

  • 9 nights accommodation: 5 Ramada Jarvis, Royal Tunbridge Wells; 2 Belstead Brook Hotel Ipswich; 2 Radisson Kenilworth, London
  • Non-stop air on American Airlines
  • Welcome reception and dinner first night; breakfast every day; one lunch at an English Pub
  • All ground transportation as per itinerary
  • All admission fees to gardens as shown on itinerary
  • Admission to Chelsea Flower Show
  • Mary Kroening, Missouri State Master Gardener Coordinator; Anne Gachuhui of the Missouri Botanical Garden and Nancy Luechtefeld of Coronet Travel to accompany group throughout the program

A deposit check of $500 per person will hold your reservation
Final payment will be due by February 27, 2003
There is a full refund of your deposit, less a $100 handling fee, if you cancel on or before February 27, 2003
