Every Tuesday & Friday from there on until October 20, 2023.

Starting Time 9:30 AM
Wholesale lots sell first and selling time is 1-3 hours.

Wholesale Lots are given Priority.
Pallet jacks and the loading dock are used to handle and load your product.
Freshly picked for quality and flavor. Graded and packed into industry standard packaging. Selling in several lot-size categories.

Join Us for 2023 Auctions
The auction season begins with patented and un-patented bedding plants, potted plants, hanging baskets, vegetable plants, and early produce. As Spring gives way to Summer, the produce volumes increase and flower volumes decrease. Greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers start fairly early, along with green onions, etc. and then the strawberries, zucchini, green beans, sweet onions, peppers, sweet corn, cantaloupe, field tomataoes, watermelon, winter squash, mums (1, 2, and 5 gallons), pumpkins, gourds, fall cole crops, etc.
All listed crops and others are offered at auction as they locally come in season.

Terms & Conditions

  • 90%+ of our produce is grown in a 15 mile radius.
  • Produce seller need to be in compliance with the Produce Safety Rule (FSMA).
  • The majority of our growers have a "Harmonized GAPS" 3rd party audit each year.
  • Sellers are assigned permanent lot numbers, enabling buyers to buy consistently.
  • Commission rate is 10% plus $0.50 per lot which is charged to the seller.
  • There are packaging restrictions to keep the product uniform and standard. Ask for our packing and grading guide. New packaging is available at the auction.
  • Once an item or lot is sold, the buyer is the owner and is completely responsible for it.
  • Buyers need to have a copy of their retail sales license in our files or pay sales tax.
  • Order buyer service is available for approved customers.
  • NEW BUYERS MUST HAVE CASH or BANK LETTER OF CREDIT.
  • CPA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
