PA1 Jersey Cattle for sale- presently certified Organic until 4-1-19 -- 3rd lactation cows available with or without nursing calves. Springing Heifers exposed for April calving. Yearling heifers cycling and ready to breed. We are switching our breeding from Fall/Winter to all Spring freshening. What is not bred for Spring freshening is being transitioned to Spring 2020 freshening. This herd is outwintered and fescue tolerant. Grazing herd. Last test was typical Jersey components and SCC in the 60's. We have already sold about 1/2 of our cows this week,but still have some available. Bull calves from 6 months to newborn and Heifer calves from 6 months to newborn. This herd is not a local Missouri herd -- no sale barn animals in our herd. Closed herd since it was started. Bull bred. Full Jersey, bred to full Jersey bulls. We are ceasing selling milk commercially due to poor markets, but will be raising replacement heifers from our own stock and selling them at various ages.
