Dan Barker of TNT Consulting Group, Inc presented on the current state of telecommunications in Missouri, espcially in rural areas. His presentation is linked below as a PowerPoint. Issues that many of the participants had were with long distance phone service, internet connectivity, and problems with wireless networking.
