Kent Shannon, Agricultural Engineer at the University of Missouri, discussed the current advancements of GPS. The main focus of his discussion was the practicability and accuracy of commercial GPS units.
He brought several GPS units to the conference to describe how he and other engineers had used the units. Kent also described several modifications in order to further enhance GPS communication.
