Sharon Wood Turley and Dennis Murphy presented a program on Desktop Publishing. Sharon focused on the appropriate methods for publishing materials; such as correct font faces to use together, good alignment techniques, and tips for most documents. Sharon also briefly spoke about the importance of editing documents. Dennis gave a survey about what participants could tell about a word from the font face alone and explained some of the possibilities for publishing after the material has been processed.
