A program on "Farm Accounting Software for Business
Analysis" was presented by Don Utlaut and Vern Swartz. They
provided the group in attendance with suggestions on things to
look for in farm acounting packages including asset records and
report capabilities. The MIR program was used as a basis to
begin providing user tips and accounting suggestions. Advantages
and disadvantages of several accounting programs were discussed.
