Missouri Beef Tour

The Missouri Beef Tour is an annual showcase of Missouri’s beef industry in a select region of the state. It is typically held in August or September and involves making stops on selected farms or other related businesses. Each participant is given a map of all locations and will travel to each location on their own. At each location, educational presentations are given by university faculty and business owner/operators. The local University of Missouri regional specialist is in charge of the event and the Beef Focus Team assists in getting the event set up and marketed. It is an excellent opportunity for seeing beef operations and networking with other people in the beef industry.
