St. Joseph. Warrensburg, and O'Fallon: $139 per person (includes
a catered lunch). A $10 late registration fee will be added
if your registration is postmarked after October 21st.

Optional 2nd Day at Springfield:
The registration fee for the 2nd day is $70 if you also register for one of
the 1st day schools. The registration fee for the 2nd day school is $130
if you do not register for one of the 1st day schools. Please send your
registration for this 2nd day school to the Ozark address.

Faculty:
Mike Hardin - PhD, Enrolled Agent, Retired Professor at Oklahoma State Univ., faculty member and former coordinator of OSU's Farm & Business Tax Institute. Mike is Chair of the Nat'l. Extension Advisory Committee on Federal Taxation. This committee meets annually in Washington to assist in writing IRS Pub. 225 "Farmers Tax Guide" and provides input to the Joint Committee on Taxation. This is Mike's 18th year as one of our instructors.
Catherine Murphy - Catherine is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. She maintains her CPA license in the State of Illinois. Catherine has worked with IRS for 26 years. Catherine worked as a revenue agent for 18 years doing audits of individuals, businesses, and trusts. During that time she spent a short time as an Appeals Officer in 1989 and 1990. In 2002, she moved to the Taxpayer Education and Communications division, which is now called Stakeholder Liaison. In addition to her work in MO, Catherine is currently assigned to work on the National Preparer Project Implementation Team. Catherine has taught on many IRS topics throughout MO, KS, and IL.
Parman R. Green - Ag Business Mgmt. Specialist with University of Missouri Extension. Parman has B.S. degrees in Ag Economics and Accounting and an M.S. in Ag Economics. He earned his CPA certificate in 1982. Parman has worked in various aspects of agricultural income tax and estate planning since 1974. He has coordinated the Missouri Business/Farm Income Tax Schools since 1996.
