The successor to the Northern Nutgrowers Association’s (NNGA) successful Nut Tree Culture in North America by Richard Jaynes has evolved into two volumes. "A Guide to Nut Tree Culture in North America, Volume 1" is now available.

More than 18 experts offer advice and information on nut tree growing for pecan, walnut, hickory, hazelnut, pine nuts, beech nuts and chestnuts. Topics include nut growing history, propagation, rootstocks, processing, fruiting, marketing, and timber sales and wildlife issues related to nut trees. The cost is $65 for NNGA non-members; $45 for members plus postage of $5 to a US address.
