May 7, 2005: Missouri Chapter Walnut Council Spring Meeting, Solomon Christmas Tree Farm (Fayette, Mo., area) The meeting will show landowners how to manage their woodlands and plantations to produce high quality veneer logs and high grade lumber logs. The morning session will be in the hardwood stands located adjacent to one of Missouri’s largest Christmas Tree Farms, owned by Clell and Marilyn Solomon. The afternoon session will feature one of the state’s best examples of an intensively managed lack walnut stand.
