Veneer Grading and Marketing Workshop from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Ted Shanks Conservation Area in Ashburn, MO (S. of Hannibal on Miss. River). The cost, including lunch and breaks, will be $30 for MCFA members and $50 for non-members. Registration is limited to 75 people. The Missouri Chestnut Roast will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the University of Missouri Horticulture and Agroforestry Center in New Franklin, Mo. The event will showcase Missouri-made chestnut, black walnut, and pecan products and Missouri wineries.
