Missouri Woodland Conference
Sponsored by Missouri Farm Bureau, Missouri Chapter - Walnut Council, Missouri Forest & Woodland Association, and the Missouri Tree Farm Program, the upcoming Missouri Woodland Conference targets Woodland landowners, foresters, forest products industry, agency resource specialists, soil and water conservation district staff, and students in natural resources. The conference will be held on April 4th and 5th. Both days will be in a classroom setting listening to professionals and landowners speaking on a variety of woodland management topics from tree planting, tools and equipment, mapping your land, forestland succession planning, the revised Missouri Forestry Tax Law and so much more. The program will be provided via email or regular mail to all those inquiring, plus it will be posted at the Missouri Chapter - Walnut Council website: http://www.walnutcouncil.org/state-chapters/missouri.html.
